Walpurgis Words for Literacy partners with local schools to identify gaps in their collections and deliver curated book donations directly to the shelves where they're needed most. We focus on titles that resonate with high school readers — stories that are compelling, diverse, and hard to put down.

Each donation cycle includes:

• Age-appropriate horror, dark fantasy, and literary fiction selected to engage reluctant readers
• Diverse voices and perspectives prioritized across every collection we build
• Bookplates and donor recognition placed inside each donated volume
• Follow-up engagement to track which titles circulate and inform future donations
